Residential and Commercial RO Systems - Standard Line

Usage

High quality drinking water from Tap or Brackish Water with maximum TDS of 1,500 mg/l

Applications

Water for Drinking, Cooking, Water Coolers, Refrigerators, Icemakers, Coffee Makers etc. for use at Home, Office or Restaurants

Equipment

These Point of Use Systems are self contained, easy to install and operate at low pressure and low recovery.

Three-Stage System:  Sediment Pre-Filter, RO Purification (CTA), Carbon Post-Filter

Four-Stage System:  Sediment Pre-Filter, Carbon Pre-Filter, RO Purification (TFC), Carbon Post-Filter

Five-Stage System:  Sediment Pre-Filter, Dual Carbon Pre-Filters, RO Purification (TFC), Carbon Post-Filter

Each system is offered with the following Standard Components:
Membrane Element:  CTA 10 gpd for 3-stage systems,
                                TFC 18 gpd for 4&5-stage systems
Pressurized Tank:  3.2 gal Amtrol Tank
Faucet: Two position, Standard Long Reach, Chrome plated (STDLC)
Tubing:  1/4" for capacities less than 36 gpd; 3/8" for higher capacities
Auto Shut-off Valve:  Self regulated automatic shut-off for water conservation

Pretreatment

Micron Filter:  5-micron Filament Wound Spun Cartridge for Sediment removal.
Carbon Pre Filter 1:  10-micron Extruded Carbon Block for VOC, Chlorine, taste and odor removal
Carbon Pre Filter 2:  GAC, Coconut shell for Chlorine, taste and odor removal

Main Treatment

RO purification:  Using CTA or TFC Membrane Elements to remove 90-95% of Dissolved Solids, including sodium, calcium, magnesium, chlorides, nitrates, sulfates, phosphates, lead, copper, mercury, arsenic, zinc, and more.

Post Treatment 

Carbon Post Filter:  In-line GAC, Coconut shell for odor removal and taste enhancement

Performance

1.  Product water TDS content of less than 500 mg/l from Brackish feed water of up to 1,500 mg/l
2.  Product water TDS content of less than 300 mg/l from Tap feed water

2.  Carbon Pre Filter 1:  10-micron 2" x 10" Extruded Carbon Block
3.  Carbon Pre Filter 2:  10-micron 2" x 10" GAC, Coconut shell

Main Treatment
(RO)

1.  Membrane Elements:  Standard Rejection CTA or TFC Membrane elements 2" x 10" or 12" (D x L).  Standard Capacities 10 gpd for CTA, and 18 gpd for TFC.  Optional Capacities 16 & 20 gpd for CTA, and 24, 36, 50, 75 & 100 gpd for TFC.
2.  Membrane Housing: PVC rated for up to 150 psig applied pressure
3.  Bracket: Styrene or Epoxy painted Aluminum 

Post Treatment

1.  Carbon Post Filter:  In-line GAC, Coconut shell for odor removal and taste improvement

Standard 1/4" or 3/8" PE

Valves

Brine Restrictor: Capillary type. Sizes vary from 10 to 100 gpd 
Automatic Shut-off Valve: Shuts unit off when permeate tank is full
