Pilot testing is normally conducted before the project starts.
It is recommended for non-standard applications, such as surface water, feed water with high hardness or abnormal levels of silica content,
and for industrial
wastewater. Pilot testing provides valuable design information and
helps predict the full scale system performance at actual field
conditions. We record the critical process parameters, analyze the results and
establish the basis of design.
