      Packaged Wastewater Treatment Plants

General

These pre-engineered, packaged systems provide the end-user with an economical approach to treatment of wastewater by an aerobic process.  This Modular approach also provides our customers with an efficient, compact, easy to operate, and cost effective method of wastewater treatment.  This Biological Treatment utilizes Extended Aeration/Activated Sludge process  rendering an environment with sufficient oxygen levels and agitation to allow Bio-oxidation of contaminants to take place, lowering the pollutants' thresholds to levels suitable for discharge.  The active Microorganisms introduced with the Biomass, coupled with sufficient air and agitation will oxidize the Biodegradable constituents into carbon dioxide, water and stable sludge.

Typically, these packaged plants are used for treatment of Domestic effluents.  However, they can also be utilized for treatment of Industrial wastewater in which biodegradable constituents are encountered.  In either case, the effluent of this treatment can be safely discharged or further treated in a polishing loop for the purpose of  Reuse or Recycle.
